Gene Expression-Informed Jointly Controlled Generative Modeling for Precision Molecular Design

Researchers have introduced JoPMol, a generative model that unifies gene expression profiles, molecular structure text, and chemical property data to enable precision molecular design. JoPMol demonstrates superior performance compared to state-of-the-art methods across several evaluation metrics and exhibits strong generalization in transfer tasks and biologically grounded simulations.
